Privacy policy
This notice explains what information Indic Reality handles when you browse the site, create an account or send a project review or correction suggestion.
Information you choose to submit
A review submission includes the selected project, rating and review text. A correction suggestion includes the selected project, detail type, suggested information and an optional source link. The forms do not ask for your name, email address or phone number. Please do not include personal or sensitive details in a review.
Accounts, city preference and saved projects
If you create an account, we store the name and email address you provide, a securely hashed password, email-verification status and the projects you choose to save. You may also choose a city and state preference. It is optional, can be changed or cleared in account settings, and is used to open the project catalogue with your chosen city selected. Email is used for account verification and password resets. We do not ask for a phone number and do not send WhatsApp messages. You can delete your account from account settings; this removes the account and saved-project records. Passwords are not stored in readable form.
Information stored in your browser
When you select projects to compare, the selection is saved in your browser's local storage so it can be used as you browse. A comparison or filtered-search link can include public project identifiers and filter choices in its URL. Anyone you share that link with can see those choices.
Calculator inputs
The home-loan EMI estimator calculates values in your browser. It does not send or save the property price, down payment, rate or term on our server.
Technical information and service providers
The hosting provider may process routine technical information such as the IP address, browser, device and time of a request in server logs for security and service operation. The site may use a session cookie for form security and to display submission messages. The site loads fonts from Google Fonts, which can cause your browser to request font files from Google.
How submissions are used and shared
Submissions are used to review and improve project listings. They are not published automatically. Approved reviews may be displayed publicly without a name. Correction suggestions are private moderation records and do not update project facts automatically. We do not sell the submission text as a contact list.
Retention and your choices
Submissions are retained while needed to review them, maintain the catalogue and address moderation or integrity issues. We do not yet publish a fixed deletion timetable for this pilot. You can ask us to correct or remove a submission by emailing hello@indicreality.com and identifying the project and submission. Do not send passwords or sensitive personal details.
Children and changes
This service is intended for general property research, not for children to submit personal information. We may update this notice as the service changes; the effective date above will be revised when we do.
